Casino999 Review

Casino999 at a glance

Casino999 opened in 2023 and carries a Warning status, alongside a 5 rating on a 5-point scale. The warning is the more useful signal of the two.

The lobby covers slots, video poker and bingo, plus live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and table games. Live tables give it a second axis beyond reel games.

Games and studios

Thirteen studios supply the catalogue. NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and Nolimit City are the names most players will recognise; Hacksaw Gaming and Big Time Gaming sit alongside them, with Yggdrasil, ELK Studios, Red Tiger, Booming Games, Habanero, StakeLogic and Wizard Games filling out the roster.

Live play covers baccarat, blackjack, roulette and table games. Those are categories, not a table count; the lobby is where you'd see how many variants each one holds.

Responsible gambling

The site points players to Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. Both are established help organisations rather than operator-run services.

A help link isn't a licence, and nothing here shows how Casino999 handles player protection in practice.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits start at DKK100 and withdrawals carry the same DKK100 minimum. The account runs in DKK only.

Three methods handle deposits: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All three also appear on the withdrawal side, where Wire Transfer joins them.

Payouts are listed at 1 to 2 business days for e-wallets, wire transfer and credit cards alike. The even timing across three route types is unusual enough to be worth reading twice.

What the lobby looks like

The homepage leads with a hero banner and a horizontal row of popular tiles on a dark background, with pink and yellow accents. Category tabs (Lobby, Popular Games, New Games, Table Games, Live Casino, Megaways, Instant Win) sit above the grid, with a See All link at the end of the row.

An All Games view drops into a plain grid of rectangular tiles with labels beneath, a floating chat button in the corner and a back arrow for the return trip. A search icon sits in the header of both views.

Playing on a phone

Mobile Web and Instant Play are both listed. A browser is the stated route in. Android is flagged; iOS isn't. I wouldn't read either flag as proof of a native app, though.

Access restrictions

Casino999 doesn't list itself as VPN-friendly. Whether that translates into technical blocking at the account level isn't shown.

Getting in touch

Live Chat and Email are the two contact routes. Chat support is confirmed in Danish.

The site itself is available in English and Danish. Those are separate facts from the chat language, and English interface text doesn't establish English-language chat.
