Fenikss Casino Review

A long-running site with a warning attached

Fenikss Casino opened in 2015 and lists a wide spread of game types, from slots and video poker to bingo, keno and live tables. It also carries a warning status, and I'd want that visible before anything else.

The games lobby is the main draw here. The warning is the reason to read the terms carefully first.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can deposit by MasterCard, Visa, Revolut, Trustly or wire transfer, from as little as €0.01. Withdrawals run through MasterCard, Visa or wire transfer, with a €5 minimum. Everything is in EUR.

Card and wire payouts are quoted at 3 to 5 business days. The withdrawal limit is listed as no limit; that's a cap on amount, not a promise about speed.

Games and studios

Live baccarat, blackjack, craps and roulette are all listed, with Evolution among the studios behind them.

The site names 37 providers. NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Play n GO are on the roster, alongside plenty of smaller studios. Browse by the game you want rather than by brand; a long supplier list won't tell you which titles suit you.

Support and languages

Support runs through live chat, email and phone. Chat is confirmed in Latvian, and the site itself is available in English, Russian and Latvian. Those are separate facts: Latvian chat coverage says nothing about email or phone.

No opening hours or response times are given. I wouldn't count on chat being reachable at a particular hour. Worth knowing before you need it.

Playing on a phone

Fenikss offers mobile web and a download option. There are no separate Android or iOS app listings. The browser is the route I can point to.

Access restrictions

Fenikss is not marked VPN-friendly. If you rely on a VPN, check that against the site's terms before you register.

How the lobby looks

The homepage uses a deep red and black palette, with a hero banner above rows of tiles sorted under New games and Popular. A filter row sits beneath the banner, with tabs for New games, Popular, Bonus Buy and Jackpot.

The game grid carries the browsing. Search and category tabs are how you'd find a title, and a floating chat button sits bottom right.
