Voodoo Casino Review

A 2023 launch with a wide lobby

Voodoo Casino opened in 2023 and carries a Good status in our listing. The lobby isn't a slots-only room: the game menu covers slots, bingo, keno, scratch cards and video poker, alongside live baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette and other live table games.

The rating shown on this page is 3 on a scale of 5. That number sits alongside the status rather than replacing it, and neither is a substitute for reading the payment and country conditions further down.

Deposits, withdrawals and payout times

The cashier takes €20 to open a deposit and €50 to request a withdrawal. Crypto sits among the deposit options, as do e-wallets, cards and bank transfer. A few examples from a long list: Bitcoin, Skrill, Visa and Wire Transfer.

Payout speed depends on the route. E-wallets and the crypto wallet are listed as instant, credit cards at 1–3 business days, and Wire Transfer at 5–7 business days. The instant routes are the ones to know about; the wire timeline is the slow end.

Periodic caps apply to withdrawals: €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week and €20,000 per month. Accounts are held in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD, CLP or KZT.

Studios and the live floor

The lobby lists 55 studios. That headline number says little on its own, but the names behind it do: NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and Evolution are all here, with a much longer tail of smaller suppliers. Evolution is the one to note if live tables are your interest.

Live games are a defined set rather than a catch-all label — baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette and other live table games. The lobby view I looked at showed a dense tile grid under headings like Top and New, with category tabs across the top for browsing.

Where to get help

The site points to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. These are support organisations, not a licence or a partnership, and their presence doesn't tell you anything about how the casino handles a complaint.

Live chat and email

There are two contact routes: Live Chat and Email. Live chat is listed as English-speaking. The website itself runs in English, German, Norwegian, French and Italian, and those interface languages are separate from what support can answer in — I wouldn't assume German email service just because the site is translated.

Playing in a browser

Voodoo lists Mobile Web and Instant Play. The browser is the stated way to play on a phone. The desktop lobby's tab bar includes a Live Casino section; whether every live table behaves the same on a handset isn't something the desktop screens tell you.

Countries and VPN access

A long restricted-country list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Belgium. If you're outside those markets, check your own country against the list before you sign up; eligibility is decided there, not by the lobby.

The casino isn't VPN-friendly. A VPN flag doesn't tell you how or whether enforcement happens — it does mean a masked connection isn't a route around the country restrictions.

What the lobby looks like

The main screen is a dark navy lobby with a fixed left sidebar: Lobby, Promotions, Tournaments, Blog, Payments and Support, plus a language selector. Join and Sign up buttons sit in the sidebar.

A second view under an ALL GAMES heading shows the same sidebar and a top tab bar — Slots, Live Casino, Jackpot Games, Buy Feature, Recommended, Hot, All Games, Popular and Network — above a dense game grid. The tabs are the browsing structure; the imagery is bold and high-contrast.
