Planet 7 Casino Review

What Planet 7 Casino offers

Planet 7 Casino has been running since 2011 and holds a Good status. Its lobby covers slots, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, keno, video poker and other table games. That's a full casino floor rather than a slots-only site.

Setup is simple: download the casino or play in a browser through Instant Play, with a mobile web route for phones. The cashier takes cards and crypto. Withdrawal conditions deserve a look before a balance builds up.

Games and the RTG catalogue

Every game at Planet 7 comes from RTG, its only listed provider. If one studio's style suits you, that consistency works in your favour. Anyone who wants variety across suppliers won't find it here.

Playing on a phone

Planet 7 lists Mobile Web among its access options alongside Download and Instant Play. The mobile web route is the browser-based way in; the download option is listed separately. No Android or iOS app entries appear. Plan on the browser rather than a native app.

Support channels

Help comes through Live Chat and Email. Live chat is confirmed in English only, and the site itself is English-language. A floating chat bubble sits in the lobby. The channel is easy to spot.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

Deposits start at $30 and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Tether. Withdrawals run through Bitcoin, eCheck and Wire Transfer, with a $20 minimum. Cards and the other crypto coins are deposit-only here.

Payout times differ by route. Wire transfer and cheques take 7 to 10 business days, while a crypto wallet is quoted at 1 to 10 business days. Accounts are held in USD or CAD.

Withdrawal limits need care. One rule sets $10,000 per month; another sets $2,500 per day, described as per transaction; a third sets $5,000 per month when your balance is at least 10 times the total of your deposits. The periods in those entries don't line up cleanly. Would I request a large cashout without checking? No — confirm which cap applies to the account first.

How the lobby looks

The landing page leads with a large slot banner above a grid of game tiles, and the lobby keeps navigation in a left sidebar with categories (Online Slots, Table Games and Video Poker). A top bar holds Sort by, Themes and Search controls. The look is high-contrast and game-led rather than understated.

Responsible gambling

Planet 7 points players to Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy for help with gambling problems. Both are established support organisations, and their presence gives players somewhere to go if play stops being fun.

Who can play

Planet 7 restricts players from a listed set of countries (Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Costa Rica and both Korea). Uruguay, Uzbekistan and Vanuatu appear on that list too. Check your own jurisdiction before signing up; an account opened from a restricted country is a problem nobody wants later. VPN use isn't supported here.
